In-house Technique
Weekly internal sessions led by our senior team, focused on cut, color, and finish across every level of the staff.
Brand Partner Education
Continuing education with our professional product partners (including L'Oréal Professional) to keep the team current on technique, formulation, and finish.
Apprentice Mentorship
Our apprentices and junior stylists train directly under the senior team. By the time they're behind a chair, they've already worked alongside our most experienced stylists for hundreds of hours.
